Sayidaty, one of the Arab world’s leading lifestyle and women-focused publications under SRMG, reaches millions of readers across fashion, beauty, family, and culture. The revamp of Sayidaty.net aimed to modernize its digital experience while preserving the brand’s trusted editorial identity.
The Challenge
The existing platform had strong recognition but faced challenges with outdated design, inconsistent layouts, and limited mobile adaptability. The revamp focused on reimagining Sayidaty’s digital experience — improving navigation, readability, and engagement while maintaining its editorial depth. I led the UX and UI direction, redefining the information architecture, building a scalable design system, and collaborating with stakeholders to align the new design with Sayidaty’s brand vision.
The Process
The revamp began with an in-depth UX research phase, including user behavior analysis, heatmaps, and editorial interviews to identify key pain points. Insights from this research shaped a new information architecture and content hierarchy, improving how users discover and interact with stories. Prototypes were tested with real users to validate navigation flow, content density, and overall usability before moving into final design.
The Outcome
The redesigned Sayidaty.net offers a modern, mobile-first experience that boosts content discovery and user engagement. With faster performance, richer storytelling, and smarter navigation, the revamp increased time on site, improved traffic flow, and enhanced ad visibility — strengthening Sayidaty’s position as a leading lifestyle destination in the Arab world.
